Privacy Policy Last updated: October 17, 2026. We value your privacy and operate on a strict data minimization principle. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our website and aLLM chat-bot services. 1. Information We Process Account Identifier: Our own application servers do not store raw emails or passwords. We only store an irreversible SHA-256 salted hash of your email. Chat-Bot Interactions: We do not permanently record or retain your conversation history on our servers. Messages are processed in real-time and deleted from our database immediately after the session. 2. What We Do Not Collect or Store We do not collect or store full names, email addresses, or plaintext passwords. We do not record or archive your chat histories or interaction transcripts. We do not use third-party advertising trackers or sell any user data. 3. Infrastructure & Provider Security Logs Our primary application logic operates strictly on data minimization (storing only your account hash). However, to host our website and facilitate system communications (such as user registration and transactional emails), we rely on third-party hosting and mail infrastructure providers. The locations and providers of our infrastructure are chosen based on high criteria for power grid stability, network redundancy, and physical security. Like most web-based services, these infrastructure and email service providers may automatically process standard system operational logs (such as technical IP addresses) solely for infrastructure security, network protection, rate-limiting, and abuse prevention. These provider logs are managed under strict security protocols, automatically purged on a regular schedule, and are never linked to your account hash on our servers. 4. Third-Party Service Providers (AI and Search) To answer user queries and retrieve up-to-date information, your interaction is processed using the Google Gemini API. If external grounding is required to answer a query, our system extracts necessary factual keywords to perform targeted search requests via Google Search features, rather than transmitting your full, original prompt as a raw search query. Google may temporarily retain input prompts and API outputs for safety, abuse prevention, and operational logs according to the Google Privacy Policy and Google API terms. We strongly advise users not to submit sensitive personal data, financial details, or passwords into the aLLM chat-bot prompt. 5. Intellectual Property & Public Domain Terms Public Content: All open-source theoretical materials, articles, and concepts published on this website are distributed freely. There are no restrictions on their sharing, redistribution, or citation, provided appropriate attribution and a link to the original source are maintained. Closed Source (Proprietary Material): Proprietary algorithms, closed-source mathematical models, predictive datasets, and API specifications are strictly confidential and prohibited from distribution, citation, or public disclosure. They are authorized solely for internal use by licensed partners under explicit contractual agreements. This framework, methodology, and specifications are provided as an open-source practical engineering framework under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license. All content, tools, and documentation are provided on an "AS IS" basis without warranties of any kind. 6.
