Theory of !resonances is an active management framework that transforms
reactive response to the event flow into its predictive analysis and proactive regulation.

Crisis Neurobiology: Decision-Maker Stabilization Tools at Le Chatelier Points

During the passage through a cascade of !fluctuations, powerful dual pressure is exerted on the Decision-Maker (DM):

  • External pressure: The macrosystem (environment) actively !fluctuates with high-uncertainty events.

  • Internal pressure: An internal hormonal imbalance caused by neurobiological reactions of the organism triggered in !resonance with external crisis events.

This section provides additional tools of the Theory of !resonances for working with the endocrine system* in critical phases of process development.

Triggers of Emotional Distortion

At points of maximum resistance (according to Le Chatelier's principle), the DM is subjected to the impact of three key neurotransmitters and hormones. They exert the most destructive influence on the emotional state, leading to cognitive errors when developing tactics for passing !fluctuations and the point of !nonlinear bifurcation (!nb).

The Theory of !resonances highlights the following triad of factors:

  1. Dopamine (expectation distortion and dopamine "loops");

  2. Acetylcholine (fixation on anxiety states and hyperfocus on threats);

  3. Adrenaline (impulsive fight-or-flight reactions).

Psychophysiological Disorbiting (Disidentification)

The Theory of !resonances offers three basic tools that allow neutralizing the destructive impact of these neurotransmitters with minimal cognitive effort and rapidly stabilizing the hormonal background.

                [Disidentification from Task] ──> [Precise Choice at !nb Point]

Mastery Mechanics:

  • Training stage: Developing a sustainable skill requires from a few days to a couple of weeks of practice directly under real crisis conditions.

  • Automation: The subconscious quickly learns to apply these patterns, after which the neutralization of hormonal noise occurs automatically.

  • Result: With regular practice, complete emotional stability is achieved under any force majeure circumstances.

The main goal of applying these tools is to cognitively disidentify the DM from the task being solved. This removes personal involvement and emotional distortions, which exponentially increases the precision and quality of decisions made during moments of maximum pressure from external !fluctuations.

Concept of !Nend (Negative Endocrine Load)

Biologically, the human body always experiences strong physiological discomfort during peak production of stress hormones and neurotransmitters. At a fundamental level, the psyche seeks to relieve this endocrine load as quickly as possible. In terms of the Theory of !resonances, this state is designated as !Nend (!negative endocrine load).

In everyday and managerial practice, !Nend actions manifest as follows:

  • Fear impulse (adrenaline/acetylcholine): An acute emotional desire arises to neutralize fear by any means, leading to fleeing from the decision or accepting the first available, often erroneous, compromises.

  • Dopamine loop (dopamine): When hyperfocus on a desired object arises, a rigid closed feedback loop is formed. The DM either gives in to the impulse and performs an irrational action (e.g., purchasing an unnecessary asset or taking an unplanned step in business) or resists, but continues to live under conditions of increased dopamine pressure, which inevitably leads to psychological burnout and physiological exhaustion.

Paradigm Shift: Retaining the !Nend State

The key task of training the subconscious within the Theory of !resonances is to form a new automatic behavior pattern in the !Nend phase.

[Peak !Nend (Endocrine Load)]
              │
              ├─► [Standard Behavior] ──> Attempt to quickly relieve discomfort ──> Submersion to external !fluctuation
              │
              │
              └─► [t!r Strategy] ───────> Retaining the state + t!r techniques ──> Extracting resource from !nb point

Fundamental t!r rule when working with !Nend: Never attempt to avoid !Nend.

During periods of !Nend action, one must under no circumstances seek to instantly get rid of discomfort. On the contrary, the subconscious is trained to remain in this state and work with it as long as possible.

Instead of performing a negative physical action in the interest of an external !fluctuating system (trying merely to "extinguish" the internal emotion), the DM applies corrective techniques of the Theory of !resonances. This allows to:

  1. Reduce exclusively the harmful endocrine factor (neutralize biochemical "noise");

  2. Maintain focus of attention at the point of maximum environmental tension;

  3. Use the energy of the moment to make a precise and strategically sound decision.

*Note on methodological simplification:

The biological description of the processes in this chapter is presented in a simplified form. The proposed tools serve exclusively to solve a practical task — the operational stabilization of the DM's emotional background at the crisis point (Le Chatelier). To fulfill this function, a detailed description of biochemical cascades is not required, so the neurobiological part is outlined schematically.
